As a Tester & Technical Leader at our company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the testing efforts encompassing both manual and automation testing. Your expertise will not only ensure the quality of our projects but also guide and mentor the testing team effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, encompassing both manual and automation testing. - Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure high product quality. - Enforce quality standards to guarantee timely delivery of top-notch products. - Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless testing processes. - Identify test requirements from specifications and formulate robust test strategies. - Document defects, troubleshoot issues, and track resolutions efficiently. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members to enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and resolve any blockers effectively. - Generate and review detailed test reports and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing. - Proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and utilizing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc. - Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and agile methodologies. - Good knowledge of bug tracking tools and test management platforms. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding communication and coordination abilities. - Preferably, experience in team handling or demonstrated leadership in previous projects. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in leading QA teams or mentoring junior testers. - Exposure to API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration. - Possession of ISTQB or any relevant certification is a plus.
