We are seeking a Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep domain knowledge of the Additiv digital wealth platform to lead the quality validation efforts in a high-impact digital transformation program at a leading UAE bank. The SME will act as the central point of contact for all testing activities across functional, integration, regression, performance, automation, mobile, and user experience validation streams. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the testing authority on Additiv product implementation, covering client onboarding, investment advisory, portfolio management, and client portal workflows. • Drive test strategy definition, planning, and execution for end-to-end Additiv modules, including third-party integrations (CRM, core banking, KYC/AML, etc.). • Work closely with Additiv’s product team, bank’s QA team, and system integrators to map test coverage to business requirements and regulatory needs. • Define best practices for test data management, environment setup, and test automation frameworks in alignment with Additiv architecture. • Own quality gate definitions for UAT, SIT, NFT, and regression cycles. Ensure consistent metrics-driven reporting and defect triage processes. • Collaborate with observability and performance engineers to define SLAs, alerting mechanisms, and application monitoring coverage. • Provide domain mentorship to QA engineers and ensure they understand the Additiv data model, workflow engine, and configurable product features. • Validate adherence to UAE banking regulatory requirements (including CBUAE, DFSA) in test scenarios and results. Required Qualifications: • 8–12 years of QA/QE experience in banking, with at least 3+ years directly involved in Additiv or similar wealth platform (e.g., Avaloq, Temenos, InvestCloud) implementations. • Strong understanding of wealth management, digital client onboarding, product advisory, and CRM/KYC integrations. • Experience in delivering end-to-end testing programs in cloud-based platfor
