telecom domains.
Strong experience in CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, IN,
Provisioning, and Interconnect systems.
Deep knowledge of mobile (prepaid/postpaid), fixed line, broadband, and
digital services.
Proficiency in designing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
tailored for telecom applications.
Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing (Selenium,
Postman, JMeter, SOAP UI, or similar).
Good understanding of API, integration, and E2E testing in a
multi-system telecom ecosystem.
Strong SQL/database validation skills for billing/charging data.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and revenue assurance testing.
Hands-on experience in managing UAT with business teams.
Leadership skills with proven experience mentoring junior testers.
Experience in test strategy, effort estimation, and test planning.
