Together we bring the diversity of our people’s skills and backgrounds to make the right choices with our clients, for our company and for our own futures.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive SDET Lead to drive the quality assurance efforts for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation. This role demands hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of CRM workflows and integrations.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts for MS Dynamics CRM Sales module.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, C#, EasyRepro.
  • Perform detailed manual testing for complex business workflows, UI/UX validations, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Own the test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple releases and environments.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions pipelines.
  • Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices in test design and defect management.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement in test coverage and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards relevant to CRM systems.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional and technical understanding).
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, NUnit, EasyRepro, etc.) and scripting languages (C#, Java, Python).
  • Solid understanding of manual testing techniques, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
  • Experience with API testing using Swagger, Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git).
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and Power Platform.
