Test Analyst - EV

• Ability to understand different EV vehicle architecture & CAN DBCs to make working prototypes.
• Plan and execute the EV vehicles DVP (part, system and vehicle level) pertaining to Powertrain function.
• Calibrate the MCU torque maps and tweak VCU, Charger & Cluster software strategies to ensure that TQT targets are met.
• Have clear understanding of type approval and subsidy related requirements of EV vehicles in domestic and IB markets to ensure that vehicles are complying to the same by working with corresponding test agencies.
• Ability to understand and analyze the SRS, functional flow charts and CAN signals to identify the root causes of the problems arising during DVP.
• Conduct benchmarking tests of competition products and bring in deeper technical insights.
• Conduct On road testing and analyze the data in post processing (Vbox, CANAPE, Pico scope, Power analyzer etc…)
• Good understanding of Chassis dynamometer and Motor dynamometer operation and conduct the EV vehicle level / Motor level testing.
• Coordination with different stake holders ( Dealers, Customers & suppliers) for CQ Problem solving and during VA/VE ECR's implementation
• Ability to understand basic vehicle dynamics calculations and work in MATLAB /SimuLink tools.
