Territory Service Manager

As a Territory Service Manager in the Two-wheeler manufacturing Industry, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Improve service business of dealer. - Enhance service operational efficiency in the workshop to boost customer satisfaction and profitability. - Enhance PSF Score through service process audit and implement corrective actions to elevate service standards at the workshop. Address specific details requiring immediate attention. - Regularly communicate with customers via telephone or personal meetings to understand their expectations and take necessary measures. Assist dealers in resolving customer complaints within 48 hours. - Enhance the capability level of the dealer's service team by providing on-the-job training in product knowledge, service repair standards, special tools, customer handling skills, and customer satisfaction. Update mechanics" knowledge through Competitor model training. - Focus on turnaround time and ensure trouble-free vehicles for pre-owned 2-wheeler customers. You will be required to have 2-10 years of experience in a similar role. The locations for this position are Raipur Chattisgarh, Kanpur Uttar Pradesh, Anantapur Andhra Pradesh.,
