Functional / Technical Expertise:

  • Expertise in handling

    CT or MRI systems independently

  • Thorough technical knowledge of the product
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose problems
  • Good communication and confident customer handling skills
  • Knowledge of

    technical specifications

    and working of various machines and components
  • Basic knowledge of

    import distribution

  • Willingness to work

    inter-region & intra-region

    based on field exigencies

Main Responsibilities

4.1 Business Accountability

  • Responsible for installation and commissioning of products
  • Generate service revenue from allocated customers through

    AMC / CMC

    , repairs, service, and spare parts sales to achieve financial targets
  • Provide customer service on a

    24x7 basis

    when required
  • Provide application support and technical expertise to demonstrate product functions as per customer needs
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose product problems
  • Repair products in a time-bound manner
  • Understand customer needs and respond effectively
  • Prepare, submit, and track

    maintenance contracts

  • Assist sales activities through

    product demonstrations and clarifications

4.2 Planning

  • Timely planning of inventory
  • Timely submission of spare parts quotations and coordinate with customer and commercial team for dispatch
  • Manage and submit

    Service and MIS reports

    on time
  • Ensure timely

    collection of dues

4.3 Skill Development

  • Continuously improve technical and behavioral knowledge through training
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents

  • Maintain accurate records of customer installations
  • Support regions with demos, training, and selling tools
  • Focus on generating

    AMCs

    from customers
  • Generate revenue through

    spare parts and accessory sales

  • Maintain sufficient inventory for quick billing

    timely book-to-bill conversion

  • Ensure

    warranty to AMC conversion

    on time
  • Collect

    100% advance in CMC and spare sales

  • Submit

    Monthly Service Activity Reports

    on time
