JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) – Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijlee Yojana COMPANY: Shri Badrinath Vaikalpik Urja Ltd. DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing REPORTING TO: Regional Sales Head / Zonal Manager / Head Office WORK LOCATION: Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur and Rewa. 🎯 OBJECTIVE To ensure sales of solar power plants under the 'PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijlee Yojana' in the assigned region, manage timely bank loan processes, expand the franchise network, and coordinate all activities from installation to metering and JIR. Additionally, to form, train, and lead a team of 15–20 Sales Executives / Sales Managers to achieve regional sales targets. ⚙️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1️⃣ TEAM LEADERSHIP,RECRUITMENT & TRAINING • Recruit 15–20 Sales Executives / Sales Managers in the assigned region. • Provide training on company policies, scheme procedures, sales techniques, and reporting systems. • Regularly review team performance and motivate them to achieve targets. • Guide the team through field visits and send daily reports to the Head Office. 2️⃣ FRANCHISE & LEAD PARTNER NETWORK EXPANSION • Identify and appoint new franchises / lead partners in the region. • Train them on scheme processes, pricing policy, reporting, and banking procedures. • Conduct weekly performance evaluations and prepare improvement plans. 3️⃣ SALES & CUSTOMER ACQUISITION • Ensure maximum reach and sales under the scheme. • Plan local promotional campaigns through banks, panchayats, electricity offices, and canopies. • Establish direct contact with major customers and institutions to secure solar plant orders. 4️⃣ BANK LOAN & FINANCIAL COORDINATION • Ensure timely completion of customer bank loan applications. • Maintain regular communication with bank branches / NBFC officers. • Follow up on all required documents, subsidy forms, and bank filings. • Coordinate fund flow between the customer and the company post-loan approval. 5️⃣ INSTALLATION, METERING & SERVICE COORDINATION • Maintain continuous coordination with installation teams and service engineers. • Assist in meter installation and the JIR (Joint Inspection Report) process. • Send timely reports on installation and handover to the Head Office. • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints. 6️⃣ PAYMENT & MIS REPORTING • Prepare and send sales and payment collection reports from the team to the Head Office. • Maintain daily records of customer payments and banking status. • Review outstanding payments and ensure recovery. 🎓 QUALIFICATIONS • Graduate / MBA / Diploma (preferably in Marketing, Management, or Electrical background). • 4–8 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Solar Projects. • Good understanding of banking processes, loan approvals, and installation workflows. • Proficiency in team leadership, recruitment, and training. 💡 SKILLS REQUIRED • Experience in team management, recruitment, and training. • Proficiency in banking, loan processing, and documentation. • Understanding of installation, metering, and quality control. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 💰 SALARY SLOT ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + PF + Medical + Performance-based incentives + TA (Additional incentives based on field visits, loan approvals, and installation completion.)
