Job Description

As a Territory Manager at our company, your role will involve managing sales within your designated territory. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities in the area to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets. Key Responsibilities: - Actively contact current and potential customers and attend to customers" requests - Conduct in-servicing and workshops on products - Promote products across all segments to hospitals and medical professionals - Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and aim to continue leveraging existing business relationships - Explore and expand business opportunities in the assigned territory/hospitals, including converting competitor business to our products - Collaborate with the sales manager to implement sales and marketing strategies at the business, product, and project levels - Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by management You will be expected to demonstrate the following competencies: - **Growth:** Drive implant adoption, expand reach, and focus on specific customer segments to deliver revenue growth exceeding the market. - **Operational Excellence:** Optimize or improve processes, systems, policies, programs, and resources to enhance business agility and effectiveness. - **Commercial & Innovation Excellence:** Execute product launches, education programs, and business solutions to address customers" needs and offer modern conveniences. - **High-Performance Teams:** Empower teams to work at their highest potential, driving individual success and enhancing collective performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Paramedical discipline - At least 5 years of sales experience in a related industry - Previous experience in medical device sales - Demonstrated sales abilities and a track record of successful selling to the medical profession - Enterprising, diplomatic, and proactive problem-solving skills - Result-oriented with good interpersonal awareness and communication skills - Positive attitude, tenacity, and ability to plan and organize workload to meet deadlines - Strong presentation and negotiation skills Travel Requirements: - Approximately 30% Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions, and additional tasks and projects may be required as needed.,
