Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Execute on-ground B2C sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and market penetration.
  • Conduct field visits, monitor team performance, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and gather market insights.
  • Track and manage sales funnel, lead conversions, and productivity metrics via CRM tools.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate field sales teams to deliver high performance.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams for smooth territory execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4-8 years of experience in

    B2C / Direct / Field Sales

  • Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Chennai and Hyderabad territories.
  • Proficiency in CRM/sales reporting tools.
