Job Description

Key Responsibility Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Managers and Account Executives. Set clear performance expectations, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies. Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth. Sales Operations & Forecasting: Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting for the inside sales team. Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Implement and optimize CRM tools and sales workflow to ensure scalability. Training & Development: Design and implement onboarding and training programs to ramp new reps quickly. Continuously develop team skills in consultative selling, objection handling, and deal-closing techniques. Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development through strong communication and problem resolution. Promote a customer-first mindset across all sales interactions Required Experiences Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 710+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing teams. Strong analytical and CRM skills Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
