Territory Sales Manager

Role Summary

TSM for Hyderabad will manage both general medical (Sales_Dextra) and sports medicine (Sales_SpMed) products in the territory, balancing portfolios and optimizing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales strategy across both portfolios
• Engage with hospitals, specialty clinics, sports medicine centers, physiotherapy units
• Provide product demonstrations and training for general and sports medicine lines
• Coordinate with channel partners and distributors for joint execution
• Monitor sales performance by product line and optimize focus
• Gather market feedback and escalate to product / business management
• Support promotional campaigns and clinical events

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Science, Engineering, Business)
• 3–6 years medical device / healthcare sales; exposure to specialty / niche products is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple product lines
• Good relationship skills, willingness to travel

• Territory revenue and growth (by product line)
• Portfolio balance and margin contribution
• New accounts / cross-sales between lines
• Pipeline, closure ratio
