Location: PAN India

Experience Required: 2–6 years

Job Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing and selling Pre-Owned Cars Certified Cars in the assigned territory, ensuring adherence to SOPs and driving dealer profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dealer network for sourcing and selling Pre-Owned Cars
  • Certify vehicles under True Value category
  • Ensure implementation of systems and processes
  • Achieve sales targets and improve dealer profitability
  • Analyze daily/monthly MIS reports

Major Challenges:

  • Collaborating with Arena/Nexa/Commercial channels for sourcing
  • Engaging with dealership leadership and front-end teams
  • Ensuring timely refurbishment and process turnaround
  • Monitoring competition and evolving market dynamics
  • Direct sourcing of quality Pre-Owned Cars
