Territory Sales Manager

As a Team Leader at Pine Labs, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's mission of enriching the world through digital commerce and financial services. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for signing new potential clients/merchants for Pine Labs. Your performance will be evaluated based on monthly target achievement, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational development, and managing a high-performing team. Collaboration with internal stakeholders like Onboarding, Operations, and Sales Efficiency will be essential to ensure a smooth merchant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Planning: - Set and drive the team towards achieving acquisition and transaction targets - Develop and implement sales and service strategies - Manage Field Officers (FOS) by monitoring acquisition, attendance, beat plan, and daily targets - Generate business insights in the specific market - Secure large merchant deals independently - Services Planning: - Lead the team to meet active merchant targets by focusing on specific categories in segmented markets - Ensure effective deployment, training, and support for acquired merchants - Identify and implement monetization opportunities - Competitor Analysis: - Monitor competitive activities in key accounts and develop response strategies - Stay updated on competitor activities and share best practices internally Qualifications Required: - MBA or Graduate degree, Postgraduate qualification is recommended but not mandatory In this role, Pine Labs values individuals who: - Take quick decisions and deliver effectively - Demonstrate ownership and drive results - Innovate and create solutions for merchants - Seek continuous learning and take pride in their work - Collaborate with others, act in the company's interest, and facilitate growth through empowerment and support,
