Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader/Territory Sales Manager located in Bishnupur. The role involves leading and managing a sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of communication with both team members and clients. The Territory Sales Manager will analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and work closely with the team to drive business growth within the assigned territory.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
