Requirements & Skills: Proven sales experience (1-3 years preferred) — ideally in healthcare, orthopaedic products, medical devices, rehabilitation aids or FMCG with field sales. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, independent with willingness to travel. Ability to build and sustain relationships with multiple stakeholders (distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals). Basic business acumen: ability to analyse your territory, competition, market gaps. Good organisational skills: manage pipeline, visits, reports and follow-ups. Graduate degree (preferred); additional qualification in Life Sciences / Marketing is a plus. Willingness to learn about orthopaedic support products, their applications and customer benefits.
