Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for the HOPE (Orthopaedic Support Division) at Hospikit Healthcare in Agra, you will play a crucial role in representing our premium orthopaedic brand. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth in your assigned territory through distributor relationships, retail and institutional partnerships, product demonstrations, and territory development activities. Your efforts will directly contribute to establishing HOPE as the most trusted orthopaedic brand in India. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare, orthopaedic products, medical devices, rehabilitation aids, or FMCG, to drive sales growth. - Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. - Stay self-motivated, target-driven, and independent while being willing to travel as necessary. - Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals to ensure sustained sales growth. - Apply basic business acumen to analyze your territory, identify market gaps, and stay ahead of the competition. - Demonstrate good organizational skills by effectively managing your pipeline, visits, reports, and follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - Proven sales experience, preferably 1-3 years in relevant industries. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. - Basic business acumen to analyze territory and market dynamics. - Good organizational skills to manage tasks effectively. - Graduate degree preferred; additional qualification in Life Sciences/Marketing is a plus. - Willingness to learn about orthopaedic support products and their applications.
