Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive who is passionate about car culture and vehicle customization. In this role, you will consult with retailers to understand their needs and convince them to sell products listed in our catalogue. You will be selling "wants" rather than "needs," requiring a proactive and enthusiastic sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Demonstration: Demonstrate the features and benefits of various accessories, explaining how they work and add value to the customer’s driving experience.
• Fitment & Compatibility: Ensure recommended accessories are compatible with the customer's specific vehicle make and model.
• Installation Coordination: Liaise with the installation/technician team to schedule fitments and ensure realistic timelines are communicated to the customer.
• Upselling: Maximize sales opportunities by suggesting complementary products (e.g., suggesting a rear camera when a customer buys a new screen).
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in automotive technology and aftermarket modifications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive accessories, car audio, or consumer electronics.
• Automotive Passion: A genuine interest in cars and vehicle modifications is essential.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of vehicle electronics (12V systems) and interior assembly is a strong plus.
• Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals and handle objections; confidence in pitching premium products.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical features in simple, non-technical language to customers.
