Role: Territory Sales Manager


Territory Sales Manager


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and close new society accounts within the assigned territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations and pitch to key decision-makers (RWAs, MCs, Facility Managers)
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through field visits and strategic outreach
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven field sales experience in B2B/B2C (preferably in tech, SaaS, or real estate)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and the regional/local language
