Role Overview:

The Area Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong professional networks with dental specialists, and representing ICX Medentis at state-level conferences and workshops. This role requires a results-oriented professional with prior exposure to the Indian dental market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share for ICX Medentis products within assigned regions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with

  Implantologists, Prosthodontists, and Periodontists

  .
• Organize, manage, and represent the company at

  state-level dental conferences, workshops, and training events

  .
• Explore new business opportunities with dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and product awareness campaigns.
• Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends to support business strategy.
• Provide professional after-sales service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience

  in dental sales, with exposure to dental implants, prosthetics, or surgical devices.
• Established network of dental professionals, particularly specialists.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
