Role Overview: The Area Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong professional networks with dental specialists, and representing ICX Medentis at state-level conferences and workshops. This role requires a results-oriented professional with prior exposure to the Indian dental market. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and expand market share for ICX Medentis products within assigned regions. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Implantologists, Prosthodontists, and Periodontists . Organize, manage, and represent the company at state-level dental conferences, workshops, and training events . Explore new business opportunities with dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and product awareness campaigns. Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends to support business strategy. Provide professional after-sales service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in dental sales, with exposure to dental implants, prosthetics, or surgical devices. Established network of dental professionals, particularly specialists. Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
