As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to training, sales management, and customer relationship building. With a focus on enhancing product knowledge and troubleshooting skills, your role will involve: - Specializing in training and enhancing product knowledge of the general trade - Conducting troubleshooting visits to execute lens adaptations efficiently - Identifying selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs - Demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills - Having a good understanding of business operations management - Showing commitment and vision to elevate the brands - Managing relationships with customers - Having a sales and revenue-oriented approach - Utilizing analytical skills and data crunching - Possessing in-depth technical knowledge of the product Your key responsibilities will include: Training Management: - Ensuring efficient troubleshooting to reduce lens returns - Providing training to internal staff on new products and designs - Enhancing the dispensing skills of ECPs to sell higher-end products Sales Management: - Conducting market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs - Setting up meetings with potential clients and addressing their demands and concerns - Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services - Generating reports containing sales and financial data for review with superiors - Collaborating with team members to achieve better results - Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams - Executing visibility norms across the territory according to set merchandising standards by channel - Tracking competitors' activities monthly, creating process documents, and communicating with management to plan/execute counter strategies - Implementing sales promotions - Handling product complaints - Conducting periodic audits on visibility with selected customers and improving presence by maintaining good relations with key customers in the region - Taking responsibility for brand growth and developing strategies to drive sales Qualifications required for this position include a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Optometry or other related fields.
