Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and penetrate new geographies, accounts, and distribution channels within the region.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with electrical dealers and distributors.
  • Drive both primary and secondary sales through these channels.
  • Execute sales plans for various product categories: switches, wires & cables, LED, fans, and appliances.
  • Monitor and manage receivables from channel partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for new product launches, promotions, and market activation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree is mandatory
  • Experience

    : 7–8 years in sales of electrical products in Bangalore
  • Product Knowledge

    : Must have experience handling any electrical products listed belowSwitches ; Wires & Cables ; LED lighting ; Fans ; wires ; cables ; ;Electrical Appliances
  • Sales Exp

    : Proven track record in both

    primary sales

    and

    secondary sales
