Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and institutional banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and TASC businesses.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in liabilities, branch banking, or institutional banking.
Strong knowledge of government and TASC business operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and developing sales teams is an added advantage.
