Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals (Industrial Sales/OEM Sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction chemicals sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial sales and OEM sales, particularly in adhesives, resin, and epoxy categories. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and establish strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the industrial and OEM sectors.

  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.

  • Product Knowledge:

    Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, including adhesives, resins, and epoxies, to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

  • Sales Presentations:

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, demonstrating product applications and benefits.

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

  • Reporting:

    Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

  • Training and Support:

    Provide training and support to customers and distributors regarding product usage and application.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial/OEM sales, preferably in construction chemicals or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of adhesives, resin, and epoxy products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
