Role & responsibilities Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products •To increase no of Distributors / Dealers, growth over last year on No. of Distributor/Dealers •To increase no. of Distributors / Dealers in towns / areas not covered directly by company •Monthly stock requirement in line with target to be submitted to HO / RSM. •Weekly collection plan should be submitted to HO / RSM in advance. •To ensure payment collection should happen against all due & overdue outstanding. •Achievement of the targets and goals set for your area •Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base •Servicing the needs of your existing customers •Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market •Setting sales targets for individual representatives and your team as a whole •Allocating areas to sales representatives under guidance of Senior Manager •Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets •Compiling and analysing sales figures •Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself and Resolve issues with Distributor / Dealer •Collecting customer feedback and market research •Absolute coordination among Sales Team and Service.
