Job Title:

Sales Executive 2-Wheeler Tyres & Tubes

Salary Range:

30,000 to 35,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Purpose:

To drive secondary and primary sales of 2-wheeler tyres and tubes within the assigned territory by developing channel partners, managing retailers, and ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell

  2-wheeler tyres and tubes

  in the assigned region.
• Identify, appoint, and manage

  distributors/dealers/retailers

  .
• Achieve

  monthly sales targets

  and drive market penetration.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key channel partners.
• Implement marketing and trade promotion activities to boost visibility and sales.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum

  13 years of field sales experience

  in

  Tyres, Tubes, Lubricants, or Battery industry

  –

  Mandatory

  .
• Strong knowledge of channel sales and retail network management.
• Must be open to extensive field travel within assigned territory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of Excel and digital reporting tools.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum:

  Graduate in any discipline
