It is an ISO 22000:2005 certified company with a wide customer base spread across the globe. Presently, the company is looking for two (02) dynamic, result-oriented, and proactive Territory Sales Executives for the Jammu & Kashmir location.   Job Title                     :          Territory Sales Executive Location                     :          Jammu & Kashmir Qualifications           :          Any Graduate (MBA will be preferred) Experience                 :          3 to 5 years Employment Type      :          Full-Time   Role Overview   The person in this role is responsible for achieving sales targets in either Jammu or Kashmir location or territory. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring market coverage, and executing the company’s sales strategies to drive revenue growth.   Key Responsibilities   1.     Sales & Business Development, identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and distributors. 2.     Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners. 3.     Market Analysis & Reporting, monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the territory. 4.     Order Management & Collections, ensure timely order booking, delivery, and payment collection from customers. 5.     Territory Planning & Coverage, plan and optimize routes for maximum market coverage and efficiency 6.     Compliance & Brand Representation: Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.     Key Skills & Competencies   1.     Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 2.     Target-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. 3.     Good analytical and reporting skills. 4.     Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. 5.     Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
