Presently, the company is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and proactive Operations Manager for its factory at Batala, Punjab. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Operations Manager Location : 149, Industrial, Focal Point, Batala, Punjab - 143505 Qualifications : Diploma in Mech./Elect. or Equivalent with BBA/MBA Experience : 3 to 5 years Reporting To : Director Employment Type : Full-Time The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end factory operations including production planning, process improvement, manpower management, maintenance coordination, quality control, and cost optimization. The role involves ensuring timely production, efficient resource utilization, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement in productivity. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly production plans to meet targets. 2. Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials. 3. Monitor output quality and reduce wastage and downtime. 4. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma practices (if applicable). 5. Identify bottlenecks and execute process improvements to increase efficiency. 6. Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments. 7. Supervise and lead production supervisors, shift in-charges, and floor workers. 8. Manage shift schedules, workforce discipline, and training requirements. 9. Foster a performance-driven and safety-compliant work culture. 10. Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure product standards. 11. Collaborate with the maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance. 12. Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods stock levels. 13. Reduce production costs through waste control and resource optimization. 14. Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely supply and dispatch. 15.
