Job Description

You will be responsible for generating revenue and acquiring new clients to achieve the revenue target. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of the territory and monitoring SCF (Sales Correction Form) - Meeting with doctors to generate prescriptions within the specified territory - Building relationships with key clients and doctors, generating sales, and providing new leads by detailing our USP - Developing new collection centers and managing existing collection centers and other infrastructure - Standardizing the franchise model starting with the layout of infrastructure, services, branding, marketing POPs, and launch methods - Providing support to existing branches like marketing support and brand building activities - Engaging franchisee partners to make them target-oriented - Demonstrating market awareness, market intelligence, and providing service improvement suggestions to superiors - Coordinating with intra departments for the smooth running of the territory Required Candidate Profile: - Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Diagnostic/Pharma/wellness sales - Age: Below 30 Years - Qualification: Any Graduate; Preferable B.Sc/B.Tech/B.Pharma - Must Have: Two-Wheeler Please note that the job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
