Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory, including setting goals, identifying new distributors, and creating action plans. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospect for potential distributor, and generate leads. • Support existing and new distributor through secondary sales generation • Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and services, effectively present their benefits to customers, and address their inquiries. • Track sales performance, analyse data, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities to improve sales performance. • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to achieve sales objectives. Requirements And Skills: • Min 2 years to max 7 years experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a territory management capacity. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory. • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
