Territory Sales Executive

As a Territory Sales Executive at our company, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. Your experience in chocolate sales and exposure to the Food Service/HORECA segments will be advantageous in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets using effective selling techniques. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, prospecting, and networking. - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. - Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. - Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. Requirements: - SSC, HSC, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Previous experience in FMCG sales, corporate gifting, or food service sectors is preferred. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Customer-focused, energetic, and presentable personality. - Age range: 25 to 35 years. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
