This role offers hands-on experience in food industry QA protocols and exposure to various quality control procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring the production process to ensure adherence to FSSAI and internal quality standards . Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. Help maintain proper documentation and records related to QA processes. Participate in sensory evaluation and shelf-life testing of chocolate products. Ensure hygiene and sanitation procedures are being followed on the factory floor. Assist in identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions. Coordinate with production and packing teams to ensure quality compliance. Support internal audits and sample collection as required. Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Food Technology , Microbiology , Biochemistry , or a related field. Interest in food manufacturing, especially confectionery or chocolate production. Good observational skills and attention to detail.
