Job Description – Boiler Operator (Jelly Plant)

Position: Boiler Operator
Location: Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000/- per month (Gross)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Boiler Operator to manage and operate IBR Boilers at our Jelly Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted boiler operations while complying with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor IBR boilers as per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain optimum steam pressure, temperature, and efficiency during plant operations.
• Carry out routine checks, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Maintain operational records, logbooks, and statutory compliance registers.
• Troubleshoot and report boiler-related issues to the maintenance team.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
• Valid Government of Kerala authorized Boiler Certificate (IBR).
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in operating IBR Boilers.
• Strong knowledge of boiler safety, statutory regulations, and maintenance practices.

Skills Required:

• Technical expertise in IBR Boiler operations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
