As the Lead Generation & Prospecting Specialist, your primary responsibility is to source high-quality leads for franchise opportunities. You will develop and implement franchise marketing campaigns utilizing various digital channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Additionally, you will participate in franchise expos, networking events, and leverage referrals to expand the lead pool. In terms of lead management and nurturing, you will be tasked with qualifying leads based on financial capacity, experience, and overall fit for the franchise. Utilizing CRM tools, you will track and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring regular follow-ups to maintain engagement levels. Your role will also involve enhancing franchise awareness and brand positioning through testimonials, success stories, and PR activities in collaboration with the marketing teams. Moving on to Franchise Sales & Conversion, you will be responsible for delivering compelling franchise presentations to prospects, educating them on business models, profitability, and ROI. Handling objections and closing deals effectively will be a key aspect of your role, including addressing concerns related to investment, profitability, and risk. You will also facilitate legal discussions and contract negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition for potential franchisees. As part of Franchisee Onboarding & Compliance, you will guide franchisees through contract signing and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with local laws, licensing, and regulations. Coordinating training programs and providing operational support, including assistance with location selection and staff hiring, will be crucial for successful franchisee onboarding. Additionally, you will evaluate franchise readiness, set performance benchmarks, and establish guidelines for early success. In terms of Relationship Management & Franchisee Support, you will act as the primary point of contact during the sales process, building strong relationships with franchisees through transparent and ongoing communication. Post-sale support, onboarding assistance, and facilitating connections with internal teams will be essential to ensure franchisee success and address any concerns or challenges proactively. Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis will be another key area of focus, involving the identification of new franchise markets through market research and consumer demand analysis. You will also conduct competitor benchmarking to adapt sales and marketing strategies based on competitive insights, contributing to the development of a strategic growth plan aligned with company-wide objectives. Your role will also include Revenue & Sales Performance Management, where you will set and achieve sales targets, track performance metrics, and optimize the sales process through data-driven strategies. Additionally, you will measure ROI for franchise marketing efforts, develop sales forecasts based on market trends, and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales management practices. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The work location is in person, and the role offers health insurance, life insurance, provident fund, performance bonuses, and a day shift schedule.
