Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Silchar. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within the assigned territory, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners, implementing sales strategies, training and guiding team members, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities. The role requires regular field visits to understand customer needs and ensure effective delivery of life insurance solutions.

• Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Experience in team management, leadership, and training
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products and financial services
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel for field visits within the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is an advantage
