  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment.
  • Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.
  • Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.
  • Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.
  • Ensure distributor compliance with SKF s policies, branding, etc.

  • 5-8 years of distribution experience in Industrial Sales/Engineering product sales.
  • Preferred industry : Engineering Products , Industrial Products
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
