Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Mumbai. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's presence in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, client meetings, and team coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the team of Client Advisors who helps customers buy new homes
  • Ensure all leads are worked upon and create a good quality strong sales pipeline/funnel for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the team and sales conversion targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on team performance and SWOT.
  • Manage the administration function, operational performance reporting, and streamlining processes wherever possible.
  • Develop and maintain healthy & long-term relationship with developers
  • Active participation in field site visits and assisting in driving closures.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly cluster-level sales plans.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to evaluate and improve the performance of Client Advisors.
  • Recruit and coach Client Advisors for city expansion
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and analyse the underlying factors impacting the business and develop and implement solutions.
  • Implement new strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business units, thereby strengthening the overall performance of the organisation.


Pre-Requisites:

  • Prior team management experience
  • Strong sales background in an individual capacity
  • In-Depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for.
  • Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a target-driven role.
  • B2C sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills RCA skills.
  • Required Exp - 3 years to 8 Years (Min 2 Years of team handling exp)
  • Working Days: 6 days (Saturday and Sunday working).



Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site and conduct regular field visits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
