Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for Housing loans.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive strategic sales planning, target achievement, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions for customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience in Housing Sales or related field (Home Loans/Housing Finance).
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of finance products such as Home Loans/LAP/Mortgage Loans etc.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams.
