Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in South Delhi. The Territory Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned territory, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive product promotion to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining regular customer interactions, tracking market trends, identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies and achieve business objectives is also key.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Account Management: Demonstrated experience in sales processes, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in market research, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing territory-wise sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Organizational and Operational Skills: Ability to manage distribution channels, maintain regulatory compliance, and streamline operations within the territory.
  • Additional Advantages: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales and knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem are highly beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive and goal-oriented mindset to address challenges and adapt to evolving customer needs effectively.
