Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Executive located in Kota. The Territory Executive will manage sales and distribution within the assigned territory, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with distributors, executing marketing strategies, tracking competitors' activities, and providing regular performance reports to the management team. The role requires active engagement with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and meeting business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in territory management and ability to identify new market opportunities
• Proven ability to analyze competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the agricultural and consumer products industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
• A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
