Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Business Manager, located in Kolhapur. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing dealer relationships, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams, providing after-sales support, and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing, Territory Management, and Dealer Management
• Strong skills in Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the automotive or heavy equipment industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
