Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Business Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting Dr. Reddy’s products. The role involves managing a defined territory, analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability. Additionally, the Territory Business Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback on market conditions, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales and promoting pharmaceutical products
• Strong skills in territory management, market analysis, and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals
• Effective communication, negotiation, and time management abilities
• Familiarity with reporting tools and sales analytics software
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in a pharmaceutical sales role is highly advantageous
• Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel within the assigned territory
