Tendering Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes, including documentation, preparation of summaries, data sheet updates, and online submission of tenders on government portals such as GeM, MahaTenders, CPPP, DPP, and other state-specific platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in understanding tender documents, have strong coordination skills, and be comfortable working with deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Documentation:

Collect, review, and compile tender documents from various portals and ensure all requirements are met.

Prepare and organize all technical and commercial documents in accordance with tender specifications.

Tender Summarization:

Analyze and summarize tender notices including scope, eligibility criteria, important dates, and key deliverables.

Share summarized information with relevant departments for further action.

Portal Management & Submission:

Manage tender submissions on various portals including:

• GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
• MahaTenders (Maharashtra Government e-Tendering System)
• CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal)
• DPP Portal (Directorate of Procurement Portal)
• Other state or department-specific portals

Ensure timely and error-free submission of tenders along with all required annexures, forms, and attachments.

Data Management

Maintain and update tender tracking sheets, logs, and other data management tools regularly.

Monitor tender submission statuses and maintain records of bid outcomes.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure all tender submissions meet compliance requirements and quality standards.

Follow up on pre-bid queries, corrigendums, and bid results.
