Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Chennai. The Tendering Specialist will manage all aspects of the tendering process, including preparing bids and proposals, analyzing requirements, and ensuring submission deadlines are met. Responsibilities include collaborating with procurement teams, preparing competitive proposals, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management to oversee and execute the full tendering process, from preparation to submission.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements, assess risks, and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
• Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills to create clear, compelling proposals and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Procurement processes to effectively coordinate with suppliers and manage associated activities.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure within strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
