Job Title: Tender Executive Company: LEADSPACE (Outdoor Advertising) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry to Mid-level (1+ Year) Industry: Advertising Services / Civic & Public Sector Tenders Function: Procurement, Tendering, Documentation About the Company: LEADSPACE is a leading outdoor advertising company based in Hyderabad, specializing in hoardings, transit media, LED displays, and public space branding. We also undertake civic tenders related to cleaning, maintenance, and infrastructure. We are currently looking for a Tender Executive to strengthen our government tendering team. Job Description: As a Tender Executive , you will support the tendering process end-to-end—from identifying suitable tenders to assisting in bid submission—across government and civic bodies. This role is perfect for someone familiar with eProcurement platforms and documentation in the public sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate government tenders related to advertising, civic maintenance, and construction. Work with e-portals like GeM , CPPP , GHMC , HMRL , and state eProcurement portals . Assist in preparing and submitting bids—technical, financial, and administrative documentation. Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, finance) to gather necessary documents and approvals. Track tender status, deadlines, and submissions using Excel and digital filing systems. Handle post-bid clarifications and updates. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in government tendering or procurement . Working knowledge of GeM , CPPP , and state tender portals. Strong understanding of bid documentation and eligibility requirements . Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Strong communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in civic or infrastructure tenders (municipal or public service projects). Based in or near Madhapur, Hyderabad . Immediate joiners will be given preference.
