Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate government tenders related to advertising, civic maintenance, and construction.
• Work with e-portals like

  GeM

  ,

  CPPP

  ,

  GHMC

  ,

  HMRL

  , and

  state eProcurement portals

  .
• Assist in preparing and submitting bids—technical, financial, and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, finance) to gather necessary documents and approvals.
• Track tender status, deadlines, and submissions using Excel and digital filing systems.
• Handle post-bid clarifications and updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in

  government tendering or procurement

  .
• Working knowledge of

  GeM

  ,

  CPPP

  , and state tender portals.
• Strong understanding of

  bid documentation and eligibility requirements

• Proficient in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Experience in civic or infrastructure tenders (municipal or public service projects).
