Tendering Manager

Role & responsibilities

Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final bid submission, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and profitability. Their primary role includes carefully analyzing tender documents (both government and private), understanding the technical and commercial requirements, and coordinating with internal teamssuch as sales, finance, legal, and technicalfor timely and accurate inputs.

He will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and all required documentation including BOQs, pre-qualification questionnaires, and proposal formats. Also ensures full compliance with tender terms and conditions, reviews all clauses for potential risks, and suggests suitable modifications or clarifications when needed.

Handling online bid submissions through various portals like GeM, CPP, and state procurement sites, ensuring error-free uploads and timely submission. Post-submission, the Tender Manager follows up for bid results, attends clarification meetings if required, and supports negotiation or contract finalization stages.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented, commercially astute, and technically sound Tender Manager to lead and manage the complete tendering process for government, institutional, and private sector projects. The ideal candidate should have 4–10 years of experience in bid management, with a strong understanding of tendering procedures across public procurement platforms like GeM, CPP (Central Public Procurement), and state e-tender portals
