Job Description

Tendering Manager

Location

Roles & Responsibilities

Review, analyse, and prepare responses to
RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
in the solar industry.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.) to gather inputs for proposals.
Prepare
technical and commercial bids
, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Conduct
cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing strategies
to ensure competitive bids.
Track live tenders, monitor bid submissions, and maintain a
tender pipeline database
.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities during the pre-bid and post-bid stages.
Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams after award.
Keep up-to-date with solar policies, tender guidelines, and market trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering / Energy / Related field
.
3–4 years of experience in
tendering, bid management, or proposals
in the solar/renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of
Solar

EPC
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
