About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Tendering Professional with hands-on experience in EPC government tendering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering cycle—right from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track tenders from government portals such as GEM, E-procurement, DISCOMs, PSU portals, and other agencies.
• Conduct detailed review of tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specs, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and management teams to gather inputs for bid preparation.
• Prepare and submit highly compliant technical and commercial bid proposals for EPC projects.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and participate in pre-bid meetings as required.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimations, vendor quotations, and pricing sheets.
• Ensure timely submission of bids with precise documentation, formatting, and adherence to tender guidelines.
• Maintain tender trackers, submission schedules, and status reports for management review.
• Monitor competitor activity, government policies, and market pricing trends relevant to EPC bidding.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Strong background in EPC / Solar / Infrastructure government tendering.
• Excellent understanding of technical specifications, contractual terms, and cost analysis.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
