Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare technical and commercial bids for EPC, turnkey, and supply projects in transmission, distribution, and renewable energy sectors.
Coordinate with internal departments – Design, Engineering, Purchase, Projects, Finance – to gather relevant data for tender submissions.
Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors for quotations and compliance documents.
Attend pre-bid meetings, address client clarifications, and submit queries as per timelines.
Maintain a centralized database of all submitted tenders and their outcomes.
Track competitor bids, pricing trends, and industry updates to improve win ratio.
Work closely with the Sales & Execution teams for post-tender negotiation and project handover.
